Free domestic shipping via USPS ground. No international shipping at this time.

We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. For items in stock, processing time is 1-2 days. For made to order items, please allow 5 business days for production and processing before we ship out your order.

Return Policy

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unworn, and with the original box.

If you are happy with your item, but the fit isn’t quite right and would like to exchange for a different size, please see below.

To start a return or exchange, please email info@delektajewelry.com with the subject line Return or Exchange Request #(Order Number). We will send you instructions within 1-3 business days. The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a return. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. The refund amount will include the item price minus shipping costs.

The following orders are not eligible for return:

· Any custom orders or commissioned pieces

· Items designated final sale
