Damages and Repairs

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email info@delektajewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse a repair or re-size on a piece which has been altered or adjusted in any way by another jeweler or a third party. This includes alterations to stones, ring size, chain length and/or surface finish.

Free repairs (excluding postage and handling fees) are offered on pieces deemed faulty due to poor craftsmanship. Anything beyond fair wear and tear can be repaired for a fee mutually agreed upon.

Manufacturing faults do not include:

• Broken, snapped or damaged chains or clasps
• Broken earring backs or posts
• Chipped, cracked, lost or broken stones
• Bent or snapped rings
• Oxidization or discoloration of metals
